You can use ARC II without an app. However, the Cleer+ App can help you customize your listening experiences. You can personalize your EQ modes, and button functions, access real-time power information, and update the firmware through the Cleer+ App.

How do I reset my ARC II Open Earbuds?
Option 1:Place the earbuds in the charging case.Long press MFB button for 10 seconds until you hear the prompt of “”Restore Bluetooth Setting”” .
Option 2:Using Cleer+App,click[Settings]>[More Settings]>[Factory Reset] to complete the reset.
How do I pair the left and right earbuds together?
Step 1: Put both earbuds into the charging case. Long press the MFB button for 3 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
Step 2: Press the MFB button 8 times.
Step 3: Wait about 10 seconds and both earbuds will automatically pair with each other.
What should I do if it makes static noise during phone call with Samsung Galaxy S24?
Samsung W23, S23 Ultra, and Z Fold4 all support the LE Audio protocol. LE Audio connection may cause no sound when listening to music or problems with calls after switching APPs. You can turn off LE Audio and turn on the Audio and Calls mode.
