What if my subwoofer doesn’t work?
1.Make sure the ground wire on the amplifier is connected tightly. If it’s loose or broken, it can cause the subwoofer to not work properly. (Refer to the FAQ explanation on the manual for more information)
What if my subwoofer is experiencing distortion, resulting in asignificant buzzing sound?
1.Fine-tune the remote control settings to eliminate the distortion and buzzing sound coming from the subwoofer.
2.Continuously adjust the “INPUTGAIN”, “BASSBOOST”, and “LOWPASS” knobs on the subwoofer amplifier until the buzzing sound goes away.
What if my subwoofer low-level input signal has a very low voltage ?
1.Make sure the RCA ports are securely connected and not loose.
2.Make sure the blue RCA cable is plugged in tight and isn’t damaged.

What if my subwoofer high-level input signal has a very low voltage?
Check that the polarity of the high-level input wires matches the polarity of the original car speaker wires
Ensure the high-level input cable is securely connected to the correct port, and check for any short circuits or ground faults in the circuit
what to do when there’s static/hissing/crackling noise?
1.Make sure that the voltage on the positive terminal of the power supply does not exceed 15V.
2.Avoid playing the subwoofer at high volumes for prolonged periods.
3.The amplifier and subwoofer may be damaged. Please contact the seller immediately.
